Join us this MLK Day for a fun filled morning of service! Meet new people, connect with nature, and help us better our community. The First Creek Middle School Environmental Science Club and event partners are working to bring community members together for a "day on" in celebration of MLK Day.

*If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If this is not possible, please contact greentacoma@forterra.org for more information on attending the event.

What to Bring

Wear long pants, long sleeved shirt, and close-toed shoes (boots/old tennis shoes) that you don't mind getting dirty. Dress appropriately for the weather! You might want to bring a warm jacket or rain jacket, scarf, or hat. Please bring a water bottle if you have one. We will provide work gloves and all necessary tools. We will also provide lunch, so please register for the event now by clicking on the "Join this Event" button.

Where to Meet

Meet at First Creek Middle School (FCMS), 1801 East 56th St, at 9 am.

Park in the FCMS parking lot.
